TOOLS>APP MGR>OPTIONS>SETTINGS>SOFTWARE INSTALLATION and changed it from SIGNED ONLY to ALL.

heyy!! for all u users for whom it says expired certificate here is a solution!! go to the date of ur device and change it backto one year!! example if this present year is 2009 then change ur phone date to 2008 and install the theme!! after installing it u can change the date back to present year again!!!

to whom it shows certificate error, go to the application manager > settings> software installation > all. when u select all, the theme will get installed!!
